Physiotherapy is all about helping people move better and feel better. If you’ve had an injury, surgery, illness, or even just everyday aches and pains, a physiotherapist can work with you to reduce pain, improve strength and flexibility, and get you back to doing the things you enjoy.
Physiotherapists use a mix of hands-on treatments, exercise programs, and advice to support your recovery. Sometimes that means showing you the right exercises to build strength, other times it’s using hands-on treatment (called manual therapy) to ease stiff joints or tight muscles, or working with you to build habits that keep your body strong and support long-term health.
The goal of physiotherapy is to keep you active, independent, and confident in your body—at every stage of life.
