Energy Work

Working with energy is a journey of inner discovery - sessions offer you the chance to start to untangle the threads within you in order to find an aligned way forward in your life. These sessions are deep work for when you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unfulfilled in your current life path. Part of you knows there is something more - and this work helps you to discover your unique inner compass, so that you are able to allow it to intuitively guide your life forward.

What does a session look like?

My sessions are 90-minutes long - this gives you time to fully download what is going on for you before we begin working with your energy body. We will discuss any intuitive messages that I have received for you, or any cards that I have pulled for your session. I structure each session intuitively, based on what your body and soul are needing in the moment, and what I am guided to work with.

You will be lying comfortably underneath a blanket on the deeply warming & relaxing Amethyst Biomat. We will work with the breath and the body, as I guide you into the innate wisdom of your energy field - illuminating what I see as we go. I will use light touch (with permission) to assist the energy to be seen, experienced and moved.
