Facilitator Bradfield Dumpleton is an arts educator with a central focus on well-being through creative exploration. He has been providing creative learning experiences to children and adults for over 30 years, using visual arts and music as vehicles for developing mindful attention, self-reflection, and renewed creative confidence.

These Sound and Meditation workshops will be focussing on your Moon sign and it’s position on your Natal Astrology Chart.

The Mens Red Tent
Its purpose is to empower men by enlightening them about their partner’s gorgeous womanly bodies. The session begins with cacao and a group vulva alter creation, followed by a deep exploration of our own bodies. Please bring your own mug for cacao, as well as a blanket and cushion for comfort. Join me at 6pm at the Cygnet Healing Space on the 11th of January.
End of life doulas - Supporting and advocating for individuals, families and communities towards the end of life and after death
Come along and learn about the role of End of Life Doulas, and how you can remain present and in control around your own death, or that of a loved one. Three Doulas will share their experience with you and will invite questions at the end of the session.
Afternoon tea will be provided.

Deep Winter Integration Sessions
For anyone feeling stuck, overwhelmed or stressed. Deep Winter Integration sessions offer a powerful way to shift old, ingrained patterns with compassionate self-enquiry and mind-body-spirit integration.
One hour of deep listening, followed by an hour of Infrared Heat Therapy on the Amethyst Biomat. This infrared heat mat facilitates deep cellular rest and nervous system regulation. This will give your body an opportunity to process and integrate what has just been discussed.
At the end of the session Christina will pass on any intuitive insights that have been received for you, and we end the session with a debrief to wrap up your experience. You will leave feeling physically renewed, and mentally clearer, and spiritually more aligned.
